Dr Ryan olivier lemand
Dr. Ryan Lemand, a French national, is currently the co-founder and CEO of Neovision Wealth Management, a financial services company regulated by Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). He is also an advisor to the Board of Directors of Securrency Capital, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Securrency, a leading FinTech group in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), supported by Abu Dhabi Catalyst Partners (ADCP), State Street, US Bank, and WisdomTree. Additionally, Dr. Ryan is a board member of several companies, including FundRock in Abu Dhabi, a major international fund management company based in Europe with €130 billion in assets under management.
Previously, he was the CEO and a board member of ADS Investment Solutions (ADSI), the wealth and asset management arm of the ADSS group, which he founded on behalf of the group and developed into one of the largest fund management companies in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). The ADSS group is a multinational financial services company with a paid-up capital of USD 585 million and a regulated presence in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi. The ADSS group provides financial services to tens of thousands of clients and processes client transactions worth tens of billions of dollars each year.
Dr. Ryan was a senior advisor and head of risk management at the Emirates Securities & Commodities Authority, the federal regulator. He contributed to initiatives that led to the development of several key financial regulations in the UAE, including regulations on collective investment schemes, as well as regulations on financial analysis and advisory services, market-making, and others.
He was also a senior portfolio manager at Fortis Investments in Europe, where he was responsible for managing an asset portfolio of €14.6 billion. He is an approved person by the Hong Kong regulator, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
Dr. Ryan is a frequent speaker and contributor to major financial market discussions on international television networks and events in the UAE and the MENA region. Dr. Ryan holds a PhD (summa cum laude) in financial econometrics from the École Normale Supérieure in France and is the author of two books on financial contagion, as well as several research papers on financial correlation.
